One of the functions of the mentorship campaign is to help build and edify the broken in the church or local community, by meeting them where they are, and helping them get to where God wants them to be.
Our 2011 goal is to have 1000+ churches, throughout the United States, sign up to participate. The process involves establishing a 2-7 membership team or more according to the size of the Church. Teams will be monitored by a leader. When a person joins a Church or is referred to the mentorship campaign, they are directed to the mentorship team, which takes a spiritual
intake on her. We will provide the intake forms. The team leader will refer her to a mentor on the team. The duration of the mentorship will be for at least six months.
Team members should initially attend a six-week Mentor Empowerment Certificate Program consisting of twelve(12) credit hrs. Training will cover the following topics.
•
Introduction to Mentoring
•
Understanding Brokenness
•
Process of Healing
•
Spiritual Warfare I
•
How to counsel the battered woman in the Church
•
The Empowered Intercessor

No Soul Left Behind has established a nationwide mentorship campaign. Our goal is to focus on the social, emotional, and spiritual healing and restoration of the broken, by letting them know that, “Someone Cares.” We rise and answer God’s call and mandate on our lives to go and get the broken and teach and make disciples of them.
Why a mentorship campaign? New converts tend to either join a ministry or get lost in the church. A mentorship team within a church consists of a diverse group of men and women with the apathy or related knowledge and experiences, who are equipped to meet the needs of the broken who come into the church.
